Not too much and not too little, it's the principle of the golden mean. Balance determines the right speed, timing and precision upon which everything in life depends for us. In a state of inner and outer balance we are physically, mentally and emotionally balanced and in harmony with our lives. This is our natural state ~ "normal state".

The techniques and methods are training to increase strength, endurance and mobility. This includes a small selection of yoga asanas, breathing exercises (circular breathing), stabilizing exercises, cardio exercises (running, free movement and dancing), meditation (breathing, walking and passive meditation) and hypnotherapy. Dissolving destructive behavioral patterns, beliefs and blockages with hypnosis, meditation, quantum clearing, mirror work and replacing them with our intuition. Healing the inner child through mindfulness. Relaxation and regeneration (massage and/or steam sauna). A conscious and active organization of everyday life, regular walking and hiking. Healthy and balanced diet, frequent breaks and restful sleep.

Balancing the breath (circular breathing) is the basis for all techniques. It means becoming aware of the breath, deepening the breath, breathing "into your stomach" and connecting the breath to the movement. Influencing breathing by changing the quality of breathing and exercise directly affects the state of the body and mind.

The training begins with consciously noticing the first moment after waking up in the morning. Forming the first thought and connecting body, mind and breath (body scan). All of the following activities are part of the training and should be carried out "consciously" (mindfully) and with dedication (100% attention).

hypnoY☯GA is a particularly compact process to “balance” the body. This includes improving endurance, flexibility, relaxation, strength, balance and the circulation of life energy throughout the body.
After a short preparation, a small sequence of exercises is carried out in a certain rhythm of movement and breathing. This sequence is individually adapted to the training and state of health of the practitioner.
The compact training is supplemented by a consciously "active" everyday life!
